TENSHO MISSION

Photographic work in the style of a travel diary, to recreate the Tensho Mission journey, in particular, the religious and royal spaces through which the entourage passed. The Tensho Mission was the first Japanese embassy sent to Europe in the 16th century, heading to Rome to present itself to the Pope. After disembark in Portugal, continued through Spain towards Italy. Book to be published.
